WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a hybrid role (not just door knocking):
- Promote V.I.L. Landscaping services to homeowners D2D
- Learn persuasion, communication, and confidence
- Assist crews on real job sites (basic labour + learning the trade)
- Help with upsells & on-site customer questions
- Get mentored by leaders who’ve built a multi-million-dollar company
If you want soft, easy work—this isn’t it.
If you want to build real-world skills that make you dangerous—this is it.
