Loyal Nursing Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide hands-on nursing care to clients in homes, facilities, and community settings. The LPN will assist with medications, treatments, client monitoring, personal care oversight, documentation, and communication with families and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care within LPN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as assigned
- Monitor client health, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Report concerns to the appropriate supervisor or healthcare professional
- Complete clear and accurate shift documentation
Requirements:
- Active LPN registration and practice permit in Alberta
- CPR/BLS certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Strong reliability, professionalism, and communication skills
- Experience in home care, long-term care, facility care, or disability support is an asset
