We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining policy management solutions within the Guidewire platform, ensuring seamless integration with various enterprise systems. REQUIREMENTS
- bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent | Required | All requirements met

- Java and/or GOSU development | One option is sufficient | Sufficient alternative coverage
- Intermediate: 5 years of development experience, including 2 years with Java/GOSU | Required | All requirements met
- Intermediate+: 7 years of development experience, including 3 years with Java/GOSU | Required | All requirements
- Senior: 7 years of development experience, including 3 years in Java/Gosu and 1 year as lead developer on a Guidewire project | Required experience | All requirements

Requirements
DESIRED
- Experience in property and casualty insurance (P&C) | Required experience | All requirements

WHAT WE DON'T WANT
- A purely developer profile without the ability to analyze business requirements.
- Guidewire developer working on modules other than PolicyCenter (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter only).
- Profile below the contractual experience threshold (less than 5 years for Intermediate, less than 7 years for Intermediate+ and Senior).
- Candidate not fluent in French: 100% French-speaking environment.
- Profile starting out with Guidewire without a project deployed to production.
