JOB DESCRIPTION:
If you are a highly motivated sales professional who is looking to grow with an up-and-coming HVAC and plumbing company, then start your sales career with Climate Comfort Solutions. We are looking for outside sales advisors who are driven to succeed, proactive and accountable in delivering on sales goals. This is a commission plus base salary opportunity including a company vehicle and gas. You are paid exceptionally well for performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prospect and generate net-new residential account opportunities daily, consistently building and maintaining a strong pipeline.
· Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating and closing new business
· Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
· Work with internal teams (sales, installation, service, office) to ensure smooth implementation and long-term account success
· Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients

Pay: $34,400.00-$149,814.48 per year
