We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls as necessary.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized front desk area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of service.
Skills
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is beneficial.
- Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
