What would you do?
- Supporting the Supervisor in daily tasks, including planning priorities, work allocation, and productivity follow-ups.
- Ensuring smooth warehouse operations in the Supervisor’s absence and making operational decisions as needed.
- Maintaining compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Providing operational guidance, training, and coaching to employees.
- Monitoring daily priorities, including receiving, shipping, and inventory activities, and reporting issues promptly.
- Acting as a liaison between the warehouse team and management to ensure effective communication.
- Performing all other related supervisory duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Forklift experience/certification is an asset.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
