Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment and areas in compliance with food safety standards.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure quality and safety of all served items.
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Previous experience as a Barista is a MUST.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
