We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our products and services, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of marketing and sales techniques, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across various industries. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred to effectively engage with diverse markets. Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
- Support sales initiatives and customer outreach.
- Help organize promotional events and community activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.
- Open and close the dance studio according to daily operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, registrations, and payment information.
- Process simple cash and electronic payments while ensuring accurate transaction records.
- Provide friendly customer service by assisting students and parents with inquiries.
- Keep the reception area and studio organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing, sales, and studio operations.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak Mandarin and be proficient in English
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Internship, Co-op, and Practicum students are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for marketing, branding, sales, and social media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), TikTok, and Facebook.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing tools is an asset.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $35,700.00-$105,690.81 per year
