Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring the safety of facility patrons by providing effective and efficient lifeguarding and maintaining appropriate water chemistry.
Reports To:
Lifeguard supervisor
Hours:
Part-Time or Full- Time including days, evenings
Key Responsibilities
Safe supervision of patrons
Pool water testing/balancing
Conduct swim evaluations of all youth
Attend all staff meetings and in-service training sessions
Maintain a safe and hygienic aquatic facility
Daily Reports, e.g. Injury/Complaint Forms
Qualifications
Current National Lifeguard Certification
Current Standard First Aid with CPR C
