About BreezyBNB
BreezyBNB is a fast-growing short-term rental management company based in Calgary. We currently manage 30+ properties across the city and are actively scaling toward 100+ homes.
Our team handles everything for property owners including guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance, pricing optimization, and property care, allowing owners to generate passive income without the day-to-day stress.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who wants to become a key part of a growing company.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical assistant role. You will be the eyes and ears of BreezyBNB on the ground, ensuring our properties meet the highest standards while helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.
As the company grows, this position will have opportunities for increased responsibility, more hours, and advancement into a larger operations role.
Responsibilities
Property Audits & Quality Control
- Visit properties across Calgary to complete detailed inspections
- Identify cleanliness concerns, damages, and maintenance issues
- Test smart locks, WiFi, TVs, appliances, and guest amenities
- Take photos and complete detailed audit reports
- Ensure BreezyBNB quality standards are consistently maintained
Guest Experience Support
- Monitor and respond to guest messages during assigned shifts
- Assist guests with check-in questions and common issues
- Coordinate with cleaners and the operations team
- Escalate urgent guest concerns when necessary
Cleaner, Vendor & Supply Coordination
- Complete cleaner quality checks and spot inspections
- Perform supply runs and restock properties when required
- Meet contractors and provide property access
- Verify maintenance work has been completed properly
- Document issues and communicate them to the operations team
Social Media & Content Creation
- Capture property photos and videos
- Record behind-the-scenes content showcasing BreezyBNB operations
- Assist with creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other marketing channels
Owner Support & Growth Opportunities
As you become familiar with our portfolio, you may assist with:
- New property onboarding
- Owner walkthroughs
- Property improvement projects
- Owner experience initiatives
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in high-quality work
- Is reliable, professional, and accountable
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Is comfortable working independently
- Enjoys being in the field and visiting different properties
- Has an interest in hospitality, real estate, operations, or entrepreneurship
Requirements
- Must be based in Calgary
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable driving between multiple properties per shift
- Comfortable using a smartphone, Google Drive, and messaging applications
- Availability to work assigned daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Experience in hospitality, Airbnb, hotels, customer service, real estate, or property management is considered an asset but is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
