We have two vacant full-time, permanent Bilingual Dealer Support Representative positions available at our Moncton, NB location. This is an in-office position, reporting to the Dealer Support Supervisor.
This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional support to our dealer network within a high-volume, performance-driven environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence, accountability, and operational accuracy, while contributing to overall team performance and dealer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Respond to dealer phone inquiries, providing support with order tracking, shipment status, pricing, stock availability, company promotions, return processing, and navigation of internal systems
- Manage dealer and end-customer inquiries through CRM, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation of interactions, and a high standard of service delivery
- Administer company promotion redemptions and process dealer credits in accordance with established policies, procedures, and timelines
- Accurately enter, review, and process electronic orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy while meeting established productivity targets
- Provide support with parts lookup and product-related inquiries, ensuring clarity and reliability of information provided
- Contribute to the achievement of team key performance indicators (KPIs), including response times, backlog management, productivity, and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a customer service or dealer support role preferred
- Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or a related field
- Vacancy 1 - Bilingualism is required (Written and oral proficiency in English and French)
- Vacancy 2 - Bilingualism is preferred (Written and oral proficiency in English and French)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a professional, solutions-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, with a consistent focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure within a high-volume, performance-driven setting
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated initiative, ownership, and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with CRM, SAP, or similar systems is considered an asset
