Position Overview:
MTLI Group is seeking experienced Millwrights to join our team. This is a travel-focused role working on high-impact industrial installation projects across Canada. The ideal candidate is Red Seal certified, demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory capabilities, and has hands-on experience with automation systems, conveyors, ASRS, pallet racking, and mezzanine installations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and troubleshoot conveyor systems, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), pallet racking, and mezzanine structures
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Track hours and maintain accurate, detailed project documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients using Microsoft Outlook and other communication tools
- Safely operate a range of hand and power tools
Qualifications:
- Red Seal Millwright Certification (preferred)
- Relevant industry experience
- Proven background with industrial automation, conveyors, ASRS, pallet racking, and mezzanine installations
- Proficient in time tracking, reporting, and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook)
Valid driver’s license required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Experience:
