Compass Holidays is a growing travel company based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, specializing in curated tour experiences for the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. We are seeking a detail-oriented and digitally fluent OTA Platform Operations Specialist to manage and grow our presence across leading global travel platforms — driving product quality, visibility, and booking performance.

What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end product onboarding across Viator, GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor Experiences, and other OTA platforms — from content preparation to live listing.
- Audit and optimize existing Compass Holidays tour products: rewrite descriptions, refresh images, restructure pricing tiers, and align inclusions/exclusions to platform best practices.
- Monitor listing performance (impressions, conversion, reviews) and implement data-driven improvements to maximize rankings and bookings.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across platforms; coordinate updates for seasonal offerings, price changes, and schedule adjustments.
- Respond to customer reviews and inquiries on OTA platforms in a timely and professional manner in English.
- Research competitor listings and industry trends to identify packaging and positioning opportunities for Compass Holidays products.
- Coordinate with operations and tour guides to gather accurate product details, photos, and itinerary information for new listings.
- Track platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and promotional opportunities (e.g. Viator Special Offers, GYG Featured Products) and advise management accordingly.
- Prepare regular reporting on OTA revenue, booking trends, and listing health; present findings and recommendations to management.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience managing products on OTA platforms such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor, Klook, or similar.
- Strong understanding of online travel distribution, OTA ranking factors, and experience product optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — able to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic photography, copywriting, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Genuine interest in travel, tourism, and customer experience.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a small-team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Rezdy, FareHarbor, or other booking/channel management software.
- Background in tour operations, hospitality, or destination management.
- Basic graphic design or photo editing skills (Canva, Lightroom).
- Knowledge of SEO principles as applied to OTA content.
Compensation & Details
- Salary: $45,000 – $60,000+ per year, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Location: On-Site — Richmond Hill, ON
