Sales Consultant – Windows & Doors
EconoShield Windows & Doors is looking for motivated and professional Sales Consultants to join our growing team.
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills who are confident working directly with homeowners and providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations and presentations
- Meet customers at the showroom when required
- Prepare estimates and quotations
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Build strong customer relationships
- Meet sales goals and deadlines
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Full-time availability
- Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently and managing appointments
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary plus commission
- On average, our sales representatives earn between $85,000–$120,000 per year
- Work vehicle and gas allowance to be discussed with the right candidate
