Impact:
- You are passionate about delivering a personalized, inclusive and elevated care experience in a collaborative and a multidisciplinary environment
- Work in a safe and efficient pharmacy with a focus on patient education and medication management during fertility treatment.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to support seamless patient journeys.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, pharmacy best practices, and Twig protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Help the team to manage daily operations of the on-site pharmacy including dispensing, counselling and inventory management.
- Provide guidance and education on fertility medications including injectable, time-sensitive, and temperature-sensitive products.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with patients and providers via phone, email, and patient portal.
- Ensure all activities meet BC College of Pharmacists, Health Canada and Twig Fertility standards.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure all activities also meet the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons’ standards.
Requirements:
- Registered pharmacist in British Columbia in good standing.
- Experience in fertility or specialty pharmacy is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Propel Rx is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must enjoy learning and interacting with people of all backgrounds.
- Experience, willingness and comfort with providing care to LGBT2SQ individuals and couples.
Schedule:
Flexible shifts scheduled in advance and on-call opportunities.
Pharmacy hours are Mon-Sat, 7AM-3PM, including Stat Holidays.
