Wentworth Music is seeking passionate and dedicated Music Teachers to join our education team. Family owned and operated, this year marks our 60th anniversary serving our community!
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in music instruction and a genuine interest in fostering students' musical development. This role involves working with children and adults of various ages, creating engaging lessons, and inspiring a love for music!
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging music lessons tailored to students’ age and skill levels
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and confidence
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement
- Prepare instructional materials and activities that align with curriculum standards
- Engage with students during extracurricular activities such as recitals or musical events
Experience
- Prior experience in teaching music is preferred
- Music diploma or degree is a bonus
- Proven ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learners
Pay: From $38.00 per hour
