Operations Manager

Valhalla Flwr is a family-run craft cannabis company focused on producing premium indoor flower with an uncompromising commitment to quality, consistency, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily facility operations across cultivation, packaging, production, sanitation, and workflow management.
This position requires a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can pivot quickly when priorities change, and is highly organized with the ability to keep teams aligned, efficient, and accountable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across cultivation, harvest, packaging, pre-roll production, sanitation, and facility workflows
- Lead, organize, and support production teams to ensure daily operational targets are achieved
- Manage employee scheduling, task delegation, and labour coordination
- Maintain strong communication between departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity and organization
- Help build and maintain strong systems, structure, and accountability across the facility
- Support SOP implementation, compliance, cleanliness, and operational consistency
- Adapt quickly to changing operational priorities and production demands

MUST HAVE OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE. Cannabis experience is not required, training will be provided. Please only apply if you have previous operations management experience.

Pay: $50,790.80-$124,348.76 per year
