We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Conduct plumbing and appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed
- Utilize welding skills for system repairs or modifications when required
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and parts used
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Mechanical knowledge with a background in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, or appliance repair
- Construction experience is a plus, especially involving schematics interpretation
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Mechanic experience preferred; familiarity with troubleshooting complex mechanical issues is essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or related trades are highly desirable

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
