As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products while working with modern equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the production line to ensure an on-time startup.

Clean designated components of the production line as directed by leadership team.

Maintain equipment for safe operation

Monitor product quality continuously and report any defects to Leads and the Process Improvement team.

Track and report packaging material needs to Operating Leads and Section Supervisors.

Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
-
Follow the established production cleaning schedule.

Promptly report maintenance issues to Operating Leads.

Experience with PLCs and automated equipment
-
Comply with all Food Safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

Train and oversee employees on specialty machines

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

3+ years manufacturing experience
-
Mechanical aptitude and machine setup experience preferred Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar environment preferred.

Basic computer literacy.
-
Professional demeanor when interacting with team members and visitors.

Forklift license and experience are considered assets.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Language Requirements:

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and use hands for extended periods.

Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Must pass a medical fitness assessment.

Fine motor skills required for tasks such as keyboarding.
Work Environment:

Manufacturing setting with varying noise levels (moderate to high).

Must be able to wear required PPE, including respirators, hazmat suits, safety glasses, and gloves.
