Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media management, and visuals. The successful candidate will develop and execute engaging online campaigns, manage social media platforms, and analyze digital marketing performance to enhance visibility and engagement. Proficiency in creative and analytics tools is essential to succeed in this position.
The duties include:
- Create organic content including short-form video, visuals, and written posts to reflect our brand
- Organize and implement a regular posting schedule, leveraging automations
- Keep up with key developments in our industry, draft post copy for review and approval by our team, and communicate ideas
- Grow and engage our community: respond to comments and messages and build relationships with our audience.
- Improve performance in search and in AI answer engines (SEO and AEO).
- Stay in touch with our waitlist with educational content.
- Track performance in the relevant analytics platforms and report clearly on what is working.
Requirements
- Examples of organic content you created, along with metrics on results. Explain your rationale and how that translated to performance.
- A solid grasp of social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Snapchat etc) and SEO, plus a credible approach to AEO.
- Ability to understand and review analytics to support decision-making.
- Clear, concise writing not soley generated by LLMs (no issue if you use it as support).
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles.
- Must be able work independently, adhere to schedules and handle multiple aspects concurrently.

Compensation
$1000 - $1,500 per month plus a performance bonus tied to performance
