About Us
We are a fast-growing glazing company serving the Lower Mainland with commercial and residential glass repair, replacement and installation services. Our service department handles everything from emergency board-ups and broken sealed units to commercial storefront repairs, door hardware, mirrors, shower glass and specialty glazing.
We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to become the backbone of our service department.

Position Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming service requests from start to finish.
This position schedules technicians, communicates with customers, prepares work orders, orders materials, coordinates suppliers, follows up on outstanding quotes, and ensures every service call is completed efficiently.
This is not simply a dispatch role—you will help keep the entire department organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule daily service calls and technician routes
- Dispatch technicians throughout the Lower Mainland
- Create work orders and service files
- Review incoming service requests
- Prepare and send customer quotations
- Follow up on outstanding estimates
- Order glass, hardware and materials from suppliers
- Coordinate deliveries and shop production
- Communicate appointment times with customers
- Keep customers updated on order status
- Coordinate emergency service calls
- Close completed work orders
- Assist with invoicing preparation
- Track technician time and job progress
- Maintain organized digital job files
- Work closely with project managers and accounting
- Assist with warranty claims when required
Qualifications
- Previous dispatch or service coordination experience preferred
- Construction or glazing experience is considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional telephone manner
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with QuickBooks or service management software is an asset
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team

Salary
$20.00–$28.00 per hour
Salary will be based on experience and industry knowledge.

- Dispatching: 2 years
- Customer Service: 3 years
- Construction or Trades: 2 years
- Administrative/Office: 2 years
