Overview
Staff Plus is hiring an experienced Offset Printing Press Operator to join our client, a growing custom printing and production company. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Heidelberg offset presses, supporting production workflows, and assisting with shipping and receiving activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Heidelberg 4 Colour and 2 Colour presses
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Prepare plates using Heidelberg plate equipment
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on printing equipment
- Manage print jobs from order intake to production completion
- Monitor print quality and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and general production tasks
Experience
- Previous experience operating offset printing presses is required
- Experience with Heidelberg presses preferred
- Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing/warehouse experience considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment maintenance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
Experience:
- offset printing: 2 years (required)
- Heidelberg 4 Colour Press operating: 1 year (required)
