Main Responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion.
- Interpret customer requirements and recommend solutions.
- Maintain information systems: organize folder structures, ensure timely archiving, set up new folders, organize and digitize physical documentation.
- Prepare contracts, proposal letters, and other relevant documents. Ensure proper filing and documentation.
- Coordinate office sponsorships and promotional events.
- Manage payables and receivables.
- Schedule meetings for clients and the chief financial advisor.
- Experience in the insurance industry is an assetQualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Preferred 2+ years experience in an office setting, finance, business, administrative or related role.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must in typing, speaking & writing.
- Cantonese is a plus
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong adaptability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Word; experience with Excel
