We are a growing custom automotive restoration shop specializing in classic vehicle restorations, custom builds, lowriders, motorcycles, and vintage performance vehicles, including old-school Porsches and other specialty projects.
We are looking for an experienced, skilled technician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants to grow with a busy, expanding shop environment.
This is not production work or repetitive insurance repairs. Every build is unique and every project matters deeply to the owner. We are looking for someone who appreciates craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing the job right.
What We Offer
- Flexible scheduling options:
- 4 x 10-hour shifts
- 5 x 8-hour shifts
- Open to approximately 32-hour work weeks for the right candidate
- No weekend work required
- No evening work required
- Additional paid hours available if desired
- Employee or contractor pay structure available
- $30–$50 per hour based on experience and skill level
- Opportunity for long-term growth into a lead/shop management role
Ideal Candidate
- Strong existing automotive restoration skill set
- Experience with classic vehicles, customs, restorations, fabrication, or specialty automotive work
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Able to work independently and problem solve
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Interested in growing with the business long term
- English communication skills required for safety, customer projects, and team communication
Preferred Experience
Applicants must already have strong hands-on experience in some or all of the following areas:
- Automotive restoration
- Mechanical repair and assembly
- Fabrication and metal work
- Custom vehicle builds
- Wiring and electrical
- Bodywork and panel fitting
- Classic and vintage vehicles
- Motorcycles
- Lowriders and custom vehicles
This is not an entry-level position. While additional training and development are available, applicants must already possess a solid skill set and be comfortable working independently on high-quality custom and restoration projects.
