JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Store Manager is responsible for all store operations, including maintenance of facilities, inventory control, marketing, merchandising, sales, cost containment, and personnel management and motivation. The Store Manager accomplishes their objectives by personal action and/or delegation of responsibility as appropriate. All tasks are performed with sufficient speed and accuracy to ensure courteous and prompt customer service is maintained at all times. Note: you will be working with a second manager on opposing hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have extensive management experience, building materials experience an asset.
