Roofing & Gutter Lead Position – Opportunity to Grow With Us
We are a new and growing roofing and gutter company looking for the right person to join us as an experienced roofing professional and future team leader.
This position will begin as part-time work while we continue to grow our customer base, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time, long-term career opportunity as workload increases.
What makes this opportunity different is that we intend to build this role around the right individual. This person will become our primary installer and eventually take on the role of on-site supervisor, leading and mentoring future crew members as the company expands.
What we're looking for:
- Roofing experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Comfortable driving a company box truck for work purposes
- Strong work ethic and leadership qualities
- Someone interested in growing with a company long-term

- Compensation that is well above industry standards to help offset the reduced hours during the initial growth phase
- The higher wage will remain in place once the position becomes full-time
