With more than 120+ service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service.
We’re currently hiring a full-time Parts Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in overseeing inventory, managing parts operations, and leading a team.
Job Duties:
You must have experience in some or all of the following:
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse and parts operations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, including stocking and replenishing technicians’ trucks
- Supervise parts staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Handle counter sales and provide excellent customer service
- Manage phone inquiries, sales, and support for customers and technicians
- Coordinate and organize parts and equipment for upcoming projects
- Source, order, and track parts to ensure timely availability
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor inventory usage and implement systems to improve efficiency and cost control
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and operating safely
- Manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
Education, Experience and Language:
- Must be functional in English.
Skills Requirements:
- Experience with plumbing and/or HVAC parts required; electrical parts experience is an asset
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Heavy lifting may be required at times.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
