What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home and in-store design consultations, taking measurements and creating scaled floor plans and room layouts
- Develop and present full room designs including fabric, colour, product selections, and accessories with full 3D vision of the design, and help close the sale
- Onboarding includes sales training and working on the floor to understand the full customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM, complete all required sale documentation, follow up post-delivery for satisfaction and referrals, and coach Sales Associates on identifying design opportunities
Requirements of the Role:
- Post-secondary education in interior design or related field (or equivalent experience), with 3+ years in design, furniture sales, or décor retail and a portfolio demonstrating scaled floor plans and room presentations
- Proven sales ability, strong design principles (colour theory, spatial planning, proportion, material and texture), and proficiency with design software
- Experience using 2D, 3D and Design Board
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills; self-directed with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects; valid driver's licence required; bilingualism (English/French) a strong asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
