We are expanding our reach and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Community Wellness Recruiters.
About the Role
As a Community Wellness Recruiter, you will help connect individuals, families, and community members with Life Link’s Addiction Recovery Program. This role is ideal for people who are passionate about helping others, active in their communities, and comfortable sharing resources that can change lives.
This is a performance‑based opportunity — you earn $500 CAD for every client who enrolls in our program through your referral.
What You’ll Do
- Identify potential clients who may benefit from addiction recovery support
- Share program information using provided brochures, digital materials, and referral links
- Build relationships within your community (online or in person)
- Submit referrals through your unique recruiter code
- Support individuals in taking the first step toward recovery (no counselling required)
Compensation Structure
- $500 CAD per successfully enrolled client
- Tiered bonuses available for high‑performing recruiters

Who We’re Looking For
- Community‑minded individuals with a passion for helping others
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
- Experience in outreach, social services, peer support, or community work is an asset — but not required
- Must be 18+
