About The Role
The Restaurant Senior Manager is accountable for assisting the General Manager with managing the daily activities of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable customer service, maximizing profitability, and overseeing staff. They set the standard through leadership, oversees Restaurant Operations and boosts business performance. They ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality expectations, and company policies.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager who has expertise in high-volume Dining or Casual Fine Dining Restaurants.
Experience working on the floor with our management team is essential and we are looking for someone with leadership experience in:
-+ 100 seat business budgets
-Labour & sales targets
- 40+ Front of House staff
- Scheduling
- Inventory
- Health & Safety adherence
- Guest Relations
- Assisting with on-site VIP guests and Events

This position requires a flexible schedule, including a mix of both Day shifts and Evening shifts (closes), and the ability to work Holidays and Weekends. We do believe in a Balanced schedule and if we can give two days off in a row, we will.
The Salary posted is an average and will be determined based on Experience , there is a strong gratuity portion of the salary that is an addition to the base salary amount.
