Annual Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000

About the Role:
The role is Senior Supply Chain Coordinator and as is based in our Winnipeg Facility. You will work cross functionally with all departments in our Canadian Operation, ensuring effective and efficient material planning for STME, LTME and FSG products. In addition to this the role will require you to manage and lead on the management of bills of materials for all FSG projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and expediting supply plans at vendor level to ensure the smooth running of production and the on-time fulfilment of customer orders.
- Keeping NetSuite up to date with accurate bills of material, part numbers and pricing information for our range of assembly products including bespoke special projects.
- Working as part of a wider North American team to expediate the effective delivery of bespoke special projects.
- Working with the Assembly and Distribution Centre to ensure stock availability and solve stock related issues, effectively using data to forecast and maximize capacity utilization based on lead times.
- Executing supply plans at vendor level to ensure the smooth running of production and the on-time fulfilment of customer orders.
- Producing regular reporting for stock items at min-max levels and recommending order levels based on data driven forecasts.
- Following up on order acknowledgements, late orders and delivery date updates.
- Working with Order Planners to resolve issues associated with large spikes in orders or larger future orders, ensuring planned stock levels can be achieved by the vendor base.
- Working with our Warehouse & Internal Logistics team on any discrepancies, incorrect or defective items received on incoming purchase orders.
- Key point of contact for stock related queries within the Division.
- Coordinate and monitor returns of damaged goods, arranging replacements or credit and reconciliation disputes with vendors.
- Work closely with the US Supply Chain Team to ensure workload is effectively managed without risk to customer service.
- Engage in and support North American Supply Chan improvement initiatives.
- Other related duties as required.

- Conversant with standard ERP planning methodology (e.g. min/max planning, EOQ, ATP, Purchase Order, Sales Order structures, item and vendor master data.
- A proven background in manufacturing or assembly.
