We are looking to fill a Supply Chain Advisor position to support our team dedicated to continuous improvement initiatives, operational transformation, and process optimization.
In this role, you will actively contribute to improving operational efficiency by guiding users in adopting tools and best practices, participating in the implementation of new solutions, and supporting various activities related to supply chain projects.
You will act as a resource person for operational teams to ensure a consistent and effective user experience, while developing a strong understanding of the company’s systems, processes, and operations.

Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Supply Chain Advisor for the Head office, at Ville St-Laurent, QC.
More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:
- Operational support and user assistance
- Support users in adopting systems, tools, and operational best practices
- Provide support to operational teams and follow up on requests or issues related to processes and systems
- Prepare and keep various tools, procedures, user guides, and operational documentation up to date
- Deliver training to users on existing tools, systems, and processes
- Testing, validation, and solution improvement
- Perform and document testing and validation activities during the implementation of new solutions, features, or process improvements
- Participate in identifying and resolving operational issues related to systems and processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and work methods to optimize operational efficiency
- Participation in projects and continuous improvement
- Collaborate on various initiatives and project activities related to the supply chain
- Participate in business analysis activities to gather, document, and understand operational needs
- Contribute to process analyses, audits, and recommendations aimed at optimizing operations
- Produce reports, analyses, or dashboards to support decision‑making and activity monitoring
- Work with different teams to identify improvement opportunities and support operational transformation initiatives
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Operations and Logistics Management), Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operational support, continuous improvement, or participation in projects
- Experience in user support, training, or operational assistance
- Strong interest in systems, processes, and continuous improvement
- Good analytical skills and interest in operational optimization
- Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
- Occasional availability to travel to our divisions in Canada and the United States
- Knowledge of or interest in supply chain‑related systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Visio or project management software (an asset)
