Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble menu items accurately according to Zet’s standards
- Work multiple stations on the line (grill, fry, prep, assembly as needed)
- Ensure all dishes are consistently plated and served with quality and speed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures at all times
- Communicate clearly with kitchen team members during busy service periods
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and closing duties when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends)
