```Duties:```
- Lead Landscape maintenance crew through a daily route.
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards
- Provide guidance and training to crew members
- Oversee the maintenance and care of gardens, lawns, and landscapes
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment

- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening techniques plus
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans plus
- Proven leadership skills and ability to supervise a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
