As a Sales Associate, your primary role is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and effectively promote products and services to meet those needs. Additionally, you'll responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and staying updated on promotions and sales strategies to maximize your own commission potential. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in a typical day:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies regarding payment, exchanges, and security practices.
- Keep the store clean and organized, including sweeping, dusting, and arranging merchandise.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing backstock, participating in store transfers as required
- Assist customers with photofinishing orders
- Participate in and support store community engagement which may include events, classes, activations, or other events
- Complete customer in-store pickup orders as required
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and store standards are met.
- Support in store events, activations and customer engagement activities, as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager, including cleaning tasks and other reasonable store operational duties

- Interested in joining Henry’s Sales Associates team
- Ability to assess and understand customer needs, assisting them with product selection, providing technical information, and product demonstrations
- An energetic and friendly individual with knowledge of the industry
- Eager to learn about Henry’s products and services
What you Bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail sales, over the counter shopping, technical support, camera repair, or customer support is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of the products and services offered at Henry’s
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to make a personal and genuine connection with customers
- Able to identify problems and a solution to them while maintaining a positive attitude
- Interested in learning new things
