Liberty Group is currently seeking dynamic and experienced Seasonal Bartenders to join one of our restaurants team. We're looking for versatile hospitality professionals with a passion for craft cocktails, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Precision, and attention to detail are essential as we bring this unique concept to life.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve guests in full compliance with Ontario’s Liquor License Act and Smart Serve guidelines.
-Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.
-Prepare all drink orders from servers and guests accurately and promptly.
-Keep the bar fully stocked and organized by coordinating with barbacks (glassware, garnishes, condiments, bar tools, and product).
-Execute all opening and closing duties according to shift procedures.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar at all times.
-Foster a safe and responsible drinking environment.
-Support the team with additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of luxury service experience
- Extensive spirit, cocktail, and wine knowledge
- Experience in a high-volume cocktail bar an asset
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong conversational skills demonstrating luxury verbiage to maximise sales
- Positive, high-energy individual
- The ability to work and strengthen a team dynamic
- Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
- Available to work weekdays, nights, weekends, holidays
- Valid smart serve certified required
- Must legally eligible work in Canada
