Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid understanding of the food industry.
- Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation protocols.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience with food handling, food safety standards, and food preparation is preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving techniques and hospitality best practices.

Pay: $17.20-$26.60 per hour
