As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
- Provide multilingual support to customers as needed, ensuring clear communication in both English and other languages.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management.
