Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Supervisor to lead and oversee architectural projects in collaboration with <PERSON>. This role is integral to ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, maintaining high standards of quality, and adhering to project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory capabilities, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate architectural activities across multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam for project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets specified standards and client expectations.
- Manage project budgets, assist with construction estimating, and monitor expenditures to maintain financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving throughout project phases.
- Lead site inspections and ensure adherence to design intent, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to junior staff and subcontractors involved in the projects.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within the construction or architectural industry.
- Strong proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools.
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on budgeting and project scheduling.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Relevant educational background in architecture, civil engineering, or related fields is preferred. This role is essential for driving project success through expert supervision, technical proficiency, and strategic planning in the architectural and construction sectors.
Pay: $200.00-$900.00 per hour
