We need an Operations and Client Relations Coordinator who can serve as the bridge between our team and our partners. You will be the one ensuring that every client interaction is seamless and every internal process is flawless.
What You Will Own
- Client Interface: You are the primary point of contact for our clients. You will manage high-stakes correspondence, coordinate sensitive meetings, and ensure that every partner feels prioritized.
- Workflow Architecture: You will design and manage the systems that keep our office running. This includes document control, project tracking, and making sure the team hits every deadline.
- Administrative Leadership: From managing executive calendars to overseeing office logistics, you take the heavy lifting off the senior partners so they can focus on growth.
- Financial Oversight: You will handle the essential business math. This means managing invoices, tracking project expenses, and coordinating with our accounting team to keep the books clean.
- Information Security: You will maintain a rigorous filing and data management system where every contract and every piece of client data is exactly where it should be.

Pay: $36,493.80-$75,260.04 per year
