The Aquatic Supervisor is responsible for all Coaches. (Help to prepare lesson plans for the lessons, check plans)
Coaches Schedules. (Counting business hours, point rates)
Plan and implement staff training and development programs. Recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating team member performance against standards; including evaluation of compensation changes. (All time modifying training Instructor's manual, looking for potential candidates and interviewing them verbally and in water)
Describes and assign responsibility and authority for the operation.
Monitor mechanical equipment and report any problems to Engineering for repair by submitting work orders for repairs immediately to ensure effective waterpark operations
Making sure Coaches are doing their job properly and must uphold Marina Swim School standards. The working position of AD is the swimming pool deck (Participate and collaborate on cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate school activities)
Keep clean the deck, tiles on the deck
Conduct investigative actions with customers, where necessary, for school service and liability claims, responsible for talking to all parents about progress of their child. (Discuss the kid’s progress with parents, give some recommendations and notes)
Monitor all progress of each child and make sure tests are done properly every 5 classes. (Managing tables of records in students' list and schedule, participating during tests, give recommendation to the instructors for fixing students’ mistakes)
Develop, implement, and monitor schedules. (Substitute instructors during absence, keep the same instructors during whole Session, check availability instructors for future Sessions)
Fiscal and budgetary management of aquatic operations, including creating and maintaining departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports as needed; reviewing and approving all purchases for the department
Supply chemicals for swimming pools
Responsible for water quality, balancing chemicals in the pool for successful operation, communication with inspectors during inspections.
Work with new leads and registration requests for swim lessons, create students schedule and test.
Oversee Risk Management and Safety programs. Attends safety training programs and in-service education as required.
Participates in the Manager-On-Duty (MOD) program and executes duties.
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
