A Medical Office Assistant (MOA) is an integral part of our specialist team and we are looking for a collaborative professional to fill our current vacancy. The MOA is responsible for clerical and clinical tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients, processing referrals, performing ECGs, taking Blood Pressures, scheduling appointments and lab tests in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize, and organize workloads. It is imperative that the candidate is a quick learner and is comfortable with medical software and Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 730am-400pm all year round (Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate summer jobs for students returning to full-time school in September).
