- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring smooth cashiering operations.
- Handle cash transactions with precision while maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area to enhance customer experience.
- Engage in retail sales activities, promoting products and services to maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with product demos and retail sales techniques is advantageous.
