ABOUT THE ROLE
Neetah Construction is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Truck Drivers to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting road construction, aggregate hauling, and infrastructure projects throughout Saskatchewan. Successful candidates will operate a variety of equipment, including Semi-Live Floor Truck & Trailer units, Tandem Dump Trucks, and Tandem Oil Distributor Trucks while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TRUCK OPERATION & HAULING
- Safely operate Semi-Live Floor Truck & Trailer units, Tandem Dump Trucks, and Tandem Oil Distributor Trucks
- Transport aggregates, construction materials, asphalt products, and equipment as required
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections
- Complete and maintain accurate logbooks, inspection reports, and delivery documentation
- Ensure loads are properly secured and transported in accordance with regulations and company policies
- Maintain communication with supervisors, dispatch, and site personnel regarding schedules and project requirements
EQUIPMENT CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Monitor equipment performance and promptly report mechanical issues or maintenance concerns
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure vehicles are kept in safe operating condition
- Assist with minor maintenance and servicing tasks when required
SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements
- Adhere to provincial transportation regulations and commercial vehicle requirements
- Participate in safety meetings, training programs, and hazard assessments
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients, contractors, and the public
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 3A driver's licence or higher
- Previous experience operating one or more of the following:
- Semi-Live Floor Truck & Trailer

Tandem Dump Truck
-
Tandem Oil Distributor Truck
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle operation and safety practices
- Ability to perform daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance checks
- Good understanding of Saskatchewan transportation regulations and safe hauling practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Construction, roadbuilding, or aggregate hauling experience considered an asset
- Clean driver's abstract preferred
