Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Manager located in Lethbridge, AB. The Catering Manager will oversee the execution of catering operations, coordinate with clients to understand their needs, and manage food services to ensure high-quality experiences. Additional responsibilities include team supervision, maintaining inventory, managing budgets, collaborating on menu planning, and ensuring events run smoothly while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Catering and Food Service management
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including quality assurance
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Relevant education or certification in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Understanding of health and safety regulations regarding food service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
