Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and machinery
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential problems
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
Qualifications
- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Welding and fabrication experience considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
