What You’ll Do to Excel
- Assist with various day-to-day finance and accounting functions.
- Ensure accurate data entry, timely updates, and maintenance of financial databases as needed.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, accounting software, CRM systems, and industry platforms.
- Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Generate and retrieve commission statements and reports to support team members.
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems for all financial transactions.
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with advisors and partners.
