We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join the team in ensuring exceptional service and culinary excellence, contributing to our mission of providing unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal trends and guest preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational demands.
- Foster a positive dining atmosphere by addressing guest feedback and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with hotel management to enhance overall guest experience through dining services.
- Focus on selling wines, beverages, add on to elevate the average check and guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in menu planning and food preparation is an asset.
