The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly dependable Regional Team Lead / Operations Coordinator to help support day-to-day operations, lead new client onboarding, maintain service quality, and assist with team logistics.
The right candidate will play a key role in helping us scale our business while maintaining exceptional service standards.
This position offers a clear path toward expanded leadership and regional management responsibility.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead first-time in home estimates, client cleans and onboarding visits
- Ensure consistent quality and service standards and coaching teams on how to retain longer term relationships with an attractive bonus structure for attracting lifetime loyal clientele
- Drive and support cleaning teams between job sites as needed - must have a valid G class license & a vehicle.
- Assist with scheduling, routing, and operational logistics
- Support client communication and follow-up
- Help maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Monitor quality control and identify service improvements
- Assist with training and supporting new team members
RequirementsMust-Haves
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving between client locations throughout Etobicoke and Toronto West
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Ability to lead by example in client-facing environments
- Comfortable performing physical cleaning work when needed
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is considered an asset:
- Residential cleaning
- Team leadership or supervision
- Hospitality or luxury service environments
- Operations or scheduling
- Customer service
