About iHandyman
iHandyman is an expanding home services company delivering dependable, professional handyman and renovation solutions. As we continue to grow across new regions, we’re seeking a driven, hands-on leader to establish and manage operations at the local level while representing the iHandyman brand in your area.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to take full responsibility for launching and running a local iHandyman operation. As General Manager, you’ll oversee daily activities, grow the customer base, and ensure exceptional workmanship on every project. You’ll be actively involved in everything from initial client consultations to team leadership and business development.
Your objective is to successfully build and scale iHandyman in your market, with a clear path toward becoming a long-term owner/operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee iHandyman’s business operations within your assigned territory
- Conduct on-site evaluations and create clear, accurate estimates for customer projects
- Turn approved estimates into scheduled work and manage timelines from start to finish
- Coordinate the purchase and delivery of materials for each job
- Prepare and equip crew members with job details, tools, and expectations
- Monitor job quality, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of reliable tradespeople
- Drive local marketing, sales, and relationship-building initiatives
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection
- Work closely with the corporate team to ensure alignment with brand standards and growth goals

- Strong background in home improvement, construction, renovations, or handyman services
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Confidence in job pricing, budgeting, and cost control
